Executive Chef Kevin Reilly grew up in New City and started cooking in Rockland County diners at 15. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he cooked in some of Manhattan's most respected kitchens, including Union Square Café, The Water Club and China Grill. In 2013 he and his partner Maria Santini opened Roost in Sparkill. Today it occupies the town's historic former firehouse, where Reilly's Mediterranean-meets-Latin menu shares the building with the Union Arts Center, a home for live music, theater and local art.
